A new year is here, and our team has been busy planning for 2025, tackling routine maintenance, and putting the final touches on the app ahead of its release. Let’s dive in!
2025 Roadmap
Version 3 launched just over four years ago, and since then, we’ve been working hard to expand our feature set. But just as important as building new tools is maintaining and refining what’s already there, ensuring the platform remains secure, robust, and performant.
To start the year, we’ve allocated resources to essential maintenance work in Q1. This means you might notice a temporary slowdown in new features while our team focuses on critical tasks like database management, infrastructure maintenance, and key technical updates - many of which lay the groundwork for the upcoming app release.
Once these technical upgrades are complete, we’ll shift our focus in Q2 to refreshing some of the platform’s original features. First up: a major refresh of the Rostering (Flight & Duty) system. We’ve planned a series of important improvements (many driven by your feedback) like templates, week & month display (including scheduler), custom appendixes and better FRMS support, that will also coincide with planned updates to the app as we work towards aligning the mobile and web experiences.
After that, we’ll move on to revamping the Reporting system, consolidating its feature set to ensure all reports behave consistently and offer the same tools like printing and Excel/CSV exports. Behind the scenes, we’ve also been expanding support for Charter and low-capacity public transport operations, and we’re looking forward to sharing more details soon.
This year is all about refinement, ensuring the platform remains reliable, fast, and easy to use while continuing to meet industry needs. That said, we wouldn’t be us if we didn’t have a few exciting new features planned - so stay tuned!
The App
Mark your calendars, because on March 10*, the app will be available for download on iOS and Android! We know many of you have been waiting for this, and we can’t wait for you to get your hands on it.
At launch, the app will focus on two core features:
- Agenda view – See your upcoming schedule at a glance
- Push notifications – Stay informed in real-time
We’ve intentionally kept the app’s initial feature set lean to ensure a polished experience where everything works seamlessly. We know push notifications alone will be a game-changer for many of you, and having your agenda easily accessible will make daily planning even smoother.
What’s Next?
The next version of the app is already in development and will introduce:
- Chat system integration
- Clock In & Clock Out functionality
- Flight & Duty total tracking
Further down the line, our roadmap includes:
- Lesson record grading & completion
- Dispatch & return events
- Hazard & incident reporting
- Document library
And no doubt, more will be added based on your feedback!

Regardless of planned maintenance and future updates, rest assured our team continue to process any bugs, they might just take a little longer to process currently due to technical constraints while the team complete the maintenance mentioned above.
